Work with Accounting and other departments to ensure processes are completed timely and efficiently. Reports to the Controller.

Match Invoices to receiving documents and other accounting duties
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Accounts Payable or bookkeeping experience a plus
- Able to learn and incorporate skills relative to Excel and Word
- Positive attitude and team player
- Effective time management – organized and given to detail
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner, maintain confidentiality, and work competently under various departmental supervision
