<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Use computer to upload and download programs from the server to the mill</li>
<li>Set up and run CNC Mill per job book with no assistance</li>
<li>Know how to correctly stone surfaces as needed</li>
<li>Blend and deburr parts to print</li>
<li>Calibrate and check micrometers and calipers throughout the day</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints</li>
<li>Ability to use comparator</li>
<li>Know tool types and wear</li>
<li>Know how to set tools</li>
<li>Know how to sweep a hole</li>
<li>Able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, lift 40 pounds and stand on feet for an extended period of time</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Must be 18 years old</li>
<li>High School diploma or GED preferred</li>
<li>Must have at least one year of previous CNC Machining experience</li>
<li>Must be able to do basic math, read, write and speak English</li>

<li>Must be able to work competently with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Must possess organizational ability in order to set priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines</li>

<p>Job Description</p>

<li>Builds and repairs fixtures, gages, and shop aids</li>
<li>Makes special cutting tools</li>
<li>Modifies and/or repairs production parts</li>
<li>Makes obsolete machine parts as needed and repairs or modifies machine components</li>

<li>Interprets engineering drawings</li>
<li>Works from verbal instructions</li>

<li>Determines and/or designs gauging</li>
<li>Selects and requisitions cutting tools</li>
<li>Creates and optimizes CNC Programs</li>
<li>Creates documentation to allow machine       operators to set up and maintain production of high quality parts</li>
<li>Shepherds parts through the first run</li>
<li>Designs any production, deburring, or       handling aids as needed</li>
<li>Optimizes the manufacturing process</li>
<li>Keeps up to date on latest machining      techniques to continually optimize and drive cost out of our products</li>
<li>Integrates work with Production, Quality,      Purchasing, and Scheduling Departments to ensure a smooth flow of quality      products through the factory</li>
<li>Completes projects by the required      deadline, at reasonable cost, and with a robust process</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical,      manufacturing, industrial or similar engineering field</li>
